Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made on horrortees.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. HorrorTees is an online-only UK shop selling original horror t-shirts.

The shop is operated by Horror Tees Limited.

• All orders are placed in GBP through Stripe.
• We will send an order confirmation by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a price is clearly wrong.
• You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to cancel and send unused, unworn tees back. That is your UK Consumer Contracts right for online orders.

Prices are shown in GBP. TODO: confirm whether UK VAT is included and state any VAT status. Postage is £3.95 per bag of 3 shirts, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, UK only.

We post from the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking is included. Delivery is normally 2–5 working days after dispatch. There is no published same-day cutoff. We only ship within the UK for now.

• You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to cancel and send unused, unworn tees back. That is your UK Consumer Contracts right for online orders.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with any tags / in their original condition.
• Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong size or design.
• To return, email orders@horrortees.co.uk with the order number and the date it arrived.
• Faulty or misprinted items: email orders@horrortees.co.uk with photos and we will replace or refund.

We sell officially licensed horror designs as well as original HorrorTees graphics and partner artwork. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
