Shipping & returns

When we dispatch

We pack and post orders Monday to Friday. There is no published same-day cutoff. If you need it to go out today, email orders@horrortees.co.uk before you order and we will tell you if we can.

What tracking looks like

Your dispatch email includes a Royal Mail Tracked 48 reference. It will show each step of the journey — accepted at the sorting office, scanned through the network, out for delivery, and delivered.

Customs

All parcels are posted inside the UK, so there are no customs charges, import paperwork, or duties to pay.

Lost parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or it says delivered but you do not have it, email orders@horrortees.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate with Royal Mail and either replace the shirt or refund you.

Returns

To return an item, email orders@horrortees.co.uk with your order number and the date it arrived. We will send you the return address and instructions.

You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to cancel and send unused, unworn tees back. That is your UK Consumer Contracts right for online orders.

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong size or design.

Size swaps

Need a different size? Email orders@horrortees.co.uk with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive your original shirt back unworn, we will send the replacement. Return postage is paid by you; the replacement ships at our standard £3.95 postage rate if it leaves as a new package.
